Terms of Use

1. Who may use Sawa Market

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and meet the minimum legal age that applies where you live. Accounts may not be created for a person without authority to act for them or used to evade a valid enforcement action.

2. Customer and seller accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Store owners are responsible for choosing trusted seller-team members and assigning only the access each person needs. Sawa Market may require additional verification for higher-risk or regulated commerce activity.

3. Listing and store content

You keep ownership of content you own. By submitting product images, descriptions, store information, reviews or other marketplace content, you grant Sawa Market a non-exclusive license to host, process, display and technically adapt that material as needed to operate and secure the marketplace.

You must have the rights required for anything you upload, list or sell. You may not use another person's trademark, copyright, identity or private information unlawfully.

4. Buying, selling and fulfilment

Sellers are responsible for accurate prices, stock, condition, delivery commitments, lawful products, applicable taxes, warranties, refunds and consumer rights. Buyers are responsible for accurate order and delivery information and for completing agreed payment steps.

5. Payments

For buyer-to-seller orders, Sawa Market records the order and seller-declared payment method but does not currently hold or settle the purchase price. Separate paid Sawa Market business services may use secure PayPal or eligible card checkout. Those services activate only after server-side payment confirmation. Fixed-term seller packages are one-time purchases, do not renew automatically and require a new checkout to renew.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use Sawa Market for fraud, scams, phishing, malware, credential theft, trafficking, exploitation, prohibited goods, counterfeit or stolen goods, review manipulation, payment deception, threats, harassment or attempts to interfere with platform security.

7. Enforcement

Sawa Market may remove listings, pause stores, restrict commerce features, preserve relevant evidence, suspend accounts or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, Marketplace Standards, legal obligations or platform security.

8. Service availability

Sawa Market may change, improve, restrict or discontinue features. The service is provided subject to applicable law and without a promise that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Consumer rights and liability

Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable where required by law. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive a right that cannot legally be waived. Additional jurisdiction-specific terms may apply as Sawa Market expands into new markets.

10. Changes and contact

Material changes will be communicated where required. Sawa Market maintains channels for commerce, legal, privacy and safety matters through its Help & Policy Center.
