Sawa Market policies
Marketplace Standards
These standards apply to buyers, sellers, stores, products, services, reviews, inquiries and orders on Sawa Market.
Effective 17 September 2026
Accurate products and honest sellers
Product titles, images, prices, condition, stock, delivery options and seller information must be truthful. Sellers may not hide material defects, fabricate scarcity, impersonate another business or mislead customers about origin, quality, warranty or availability.
Fraud and payment abuse
Phishing, advance-fee scams, fake payment confirmations, credential theft, refund fraud, payment diversion and requests for passwords or one-time security codes are prohibited. Buyers and sellers should use only payment methods declared on the product or order.
Prohibited and dangerous listings
Illegal goods and services, stolen goods, counterfeit goods, trafficking-related services, malware, hacked accounts, exploitative sexual services, child sexual abuse material, and goods whose sale is prohibited by applicable law are not allowed. Other regulated categories may be unavailable until Sawa Market can support them safely.
Customer safety and privacy
Do not misuse customer addresses, phone numbers, identity documents or transaction information. Threats, coercion, doxxing, harassment and attempts to obtain unrelated sensitive information are prohibited.
Reviews and marketplace integrity
Reviews must reflect genuine completed-order experience. Sellers may not buy, trade, coerce or fabricate reviews, and buyers may not use reviews to threaten sellers for unrelated benefits.
Orders, delivery and disputes
Sellers should accept only orders they can reasonably fulfill and keep product stock accurate. Buyers should provide truthful delivery information and complete agreed payment steps. Both sides should keep relevant order records when resolving a dispute.
Platform abuse
Automated spam, malicious redirects, scraping that bypasses controls, account farming, ban evasion, review manipulation and attempts to interfere with Sawa Market's security or availability are prohibited.
Enforcement
Sawa Market may remove products, pause stores, restrict commerce features, preserve relevant evidence, suspend accounts or permanently remove access when fraud, prohibited goods, serious safety risks or repeated violations are identified. Eligible decisions may be appealed through the Safety Center.
